I havea2003 hondacivic. the antifreeze keepsblowing out.

a new radiator has been put on as well as thermostat. the thermostat wont open to let coolant flow through motor. but without thermostat it does ok. and now its blowing the coolant back out again.

Could the thermostat be installed backwards? Have you tested the thermostat in a pan of hot water on the stove?
