This is a 1971 3 on the tree transmission with only 65,000 original miles I would like to sell it and live in San Francisco and need to sell it within the next few months

Low mileage and classic styling but I don't have a clue of what to ask. Check eBay to see how much they are asking. Call or drop in at some dealerships and get an appraisal.

No less than $10k...it's a way cool car I would list it at $12,000 and see if anybody bites
