Lost bill of sale
I lost my bill of sale on my older
Volkswagen bug. I have had it for about ten
years and finally got it to the point of
registering but it's not in my name and don't
remember the man's name who sold it to
me every time I try and get info with the vin
it says the numbers to short and or that it
has no history ect. What can I do to file a
lost title without it costing more than the
bugs worth.
