It's not. Depending on which year, we're talking 50-80 horsepower.

Remember in 1920's there were very few roads. It wasn't a matter of speed so much as it was style, comfort and grace. Many times Sir and/or Madame sat in the relative comfort of an enclosed compartment while the driver had to brave the elements!
