Fires but won't start

1993 gmc suburban k2500 won't start after
new fuel filter, cap and rotor. It turns over
but won't start. Any suggestions? There's
spark

If you installed a new distributor cap did you check and make sure you were at tdc and your distributor was set at wire 1 along with tdc on your crank pulley(should be marked with a dash across it and tdc would be at 12 o'clock exactly. You may need to pull the distributor out a few inches and move the teeth once to the left or right
