Vandura TV/VCR hookup

I inherited a 1995 GMC Vandura conversion van that has a TV/VCR.  Is there a special place to turn them on?  I do not think they are hooked up.  how can I check this out?

I had a 95 chevy g20 "gladiator" conversion van. I had a switch panel on the overhead panel to turn the tv/vcr on. Both the tv and the vcr has a 2-wire hookup behind them. And on the drivers-side fender under the hood is where all the wire meet up from the conversion add-ons.
