My car is good on cooling water and oil okay but my gage is saind is hot over heat what I need to check or do ???

Sounds like the thermostat needs replacing, or you may have a plugged up radiator. Should just have a shop look at it. Have them change out the thermostat, and flush the radiator & coolant system.
