Drain fuel tank and put in new gas. Actually gasoline shouldn't go bad in 10 months, but my best guess is water in the tank, especially if it was near empty when you parked it. I am not a fan of additives, there is no miracle bottle of fix-it but alcohol will mix with gas and burn. Don't use pharmacy rubbing alcohol, it is already diluted with water. But there may be an exception to my opinion with water removers. good luck. If Tom sees this he will probably know more about it than me, take his advice over mine.

I meant alcohol will mix with water and burn.
