IACV (Idle Air Control Valve) part

i one of Honda fan..
now i using HONDA INSPIRE model year 1995..
i bought it from Nigeria Diplomac from 1996..
this car totally 100% import..
in Mei 2009, my car breakdown..
and after repair at work shop, some of problem still cannot repair..
its Engine Vibrate & RPM Hunting when in idling & Engine is cold..
i try go to Honda Service center but it cannot repair because of dont have the part for this car...
so i need somebody can help me because at honda service center told me about all system is in OK.. but suspected IACV (Idle Air Control Valve) problem and not in good condition..
