How to repair midgate window? It stopped working

My 2004 XUV midgate window when down on its own and now it won't go up or down... how can I open to see what's going on?

Im almost sure that you need to replace the regulator. Just fold the back seat towards front, the you will see few screws, then you can carefully pull it open to release the latch that hold the cover.

I have a 2005 gmc cub and the mid gate window regulates appears to have fallen off the track. How do I remove the interior trim piece? I ve already removed all the visible screws but it doesn't want to come off and I don't want to break it.
