my nissan wingroad won't start

I tried starting and it started and cut off, so I thought it was the battery but then i bought a new battery and it still won't start

Check your alternator the regulator may be out.

my Nissan wing road cut its fan belt but cold not start after replacing the belt. model Y12-096607 CHASSIS NO.
