I have a 2004 Nissan Wingroad. What are the press buttons on the front doors and on the bonnet used for?

I have a 2004 Nissan Wing road WFY11. It has buttons on the front doors and one on the
rear trunk door. What are they used for. How do use use them?

Hi. Your vehicle is supposed to be supplied with a Key fob Remote. When you are near the car, you don't need to open the car with the key but just press the button and the car will open. The remote will do away with the key to start the ignition also, once the remote is in the car. It's called Proximity Remote. I own a 2009 Nissan Wingroad 15M Authentic. It came as standard with these features. If it doesn't work, the remote may need re-programming.
