Water after combustion can be normal and clear discharge. a small amount when started cold and warming up. If you have puddles with color there must be head gasket or cylinder head concerns at the repairable worst. Casting cracks or a split between the valves found during disassembly means cracked head. Tests can be run for cooling system to hold and or lose pressure, get the plugs wet, and cylinder leakdown.
