Have you tried a 7mm Allen wrench? That seems to be what you need for most Dodge brake systems. Check out this thread: http://www.dodgetalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=67273 (copy and paste the link into your browser) for a step-by-step on changing the brakes on a 1998 Durango.
