Hello, when I turn on the cabin blower on my 1998 caravan, something in the engine starts to squeal. When I turn the blower off, the noise stops. Any ideas?

2 days ago, I turned on my cabin blower and a loud squeal noise came from
the engine. When I turned the blower off, the noise stopped. This occurs
when in park and when driving.

The noise did not occur when the engine was not on. Is this an issue I need to get looked at asap?
