How many miles does a 2000 Defender go before it needs an overhaul or a major repair?

How long is a peice of string? You might manage 200k before your engine needs replacing, but good constant maintenance is essential

i have a 525i 92 model that recently went for a gearbox overhaul after gears started slipping and eventually wouldnt drive forward .now after the overhaul the car takes uses 2nd gear for take off n dr 2 answers

after the overhaul the car takes of with gear number 2 and drives with the same gear .it doesnt change but reverses well .wat could be the problem because the mechanic is telling me that the computer...
