Problems with A/C & Heating

I own a 2000 dodge grand caravan. This morning I turned on the heat and nothing happened; so therefore I tried my A/C and nothing happened. My A/C operation button, recirculation control button, blower switch, and mode control switch suddenly stopped working. It allows me to push the buttons and turn the switches but nothing happens. However, I did notice that the temp control panel was getting hot to the touch. What is wrong or what do I do? Please Help!
