Try this site. I know it says 01 but the engines are the same. http://wiki.answers.com/Q/How_difficult_is_it_to_change_the_spark_plugs_on_a_2000_Dodge_Dakota_4.7_engine Additionally you could get a Chilton or Haynes manual. Either one of those would tell you how to change the spark plugs.
