my car is actually a interpret and i crashed into a car infront of me my air bags deploted and my car turns on but sounds like it wants to turn off. it wont drive. i check it and cant still find out what is wrong with it.

Your transmission and many, many, many other problems are wrong with that car.

I got a P0340 on my '96 intrepid ES. Cam position sensor. I replaced it, but still no go. Put the diagnostic machine on, and still I get a P0340 code, even with the new sensor. What gives here? 1 Answer

Also, there is a rubbing sound in the steering column when I turn, like the sound of rubber. Does something need lubricated in the column? Are these 2 issues related?

OK, I also have a 2003 Dodge Intrepid Interceptor, it has been broken down for a little while with what I was told was a hole in the head gasket. I am debating on if it would be better to sell it or try and get someone to repair it for me. I love this car but its just sitting right now. Hoping for some good advice.
