I just bought some 17" tires but my truck has 15" wheels I was going to just look for some 17" wheels but I can find any that are affordable.I would spend up to 450 for a set but I can find any.

Are the tires used? Don't go to a junk yard as you never know if they were involved in a collision and they may be weakened or damaged. If the tires are new, can you take them back as some tire stores like Americas tires, sell tire/rim sets as a discount. If they are used, use the suggestions above as they are great ones. A local "National" tire store will not rip you off. Ask them.
