how to open hood when your holding release wire in your hand? Yes i broke it. any great ideas, PLEASE

look up under it in front of radatior should see cable pull down skin off some of the black insulation see wire pull down,hood should pop up.

Thanks, but cable and wire both pulled off. so i took the screws out of grill and it pulled right off put long rod in left side and pushed release. made a new pull out of chain wont break this time
