the 68 chevy pick up never came out with a 402. The bigges mote u cld get at that time was the 396.

Its essentially the same engine with a different name, the 396 was made under the GM corporate ban on engines over 400 cubic inches. Regardless, it is a very rare engine in pickups, and a very solid, reliable engine too. What condition is the truck in?
