What is the specified Ignition point gap and or dwell angle for a B16B engine.

4mm (.16) should be fine - Adjust Ignition timing AFTER setting point gap

i picked up ngk Iridium plugs for 2003 volvo s40. they say not to gap but its at 33 and book calls for 28 on double platinuims. 1 answer

can i use them as is or take them back? Do iridium help gas mileage, @$4.30 a gal. it would be worth it to raise mileage.
