using tools to spring the latch that unlocks it ,knowing how the release cable or metal release bar works when good condition is useful then from under front grille area or remove grille section if possible from outside probe tools to spring lock, ,
I would add- you gotta get all caveman n' everthin'- get a stick- get a rock- or just get a mechanic-
