Lost A/C & Window Control..... ? ?

Yeah, when i turn the knobs & flip the switches, nothing happens. Also can't manually lock it. Seems like a fuse
problem, but I looked and can't seem to find any fuse that's burnt. also couldnt find anything in the manual. I'm a
complete idiot when it comes to repairing cars, especially interior stuff. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. The
heat index here is 108 today and with no ac or windows control, I'm pretty much grounded! Thanks!
