Why wont my rear lights work with my low beams

Asked by 5starhustla Mar 18, 2012 at 06:06 PM about the 2000 Cadillac DeVille

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

For some reason the only time that my rear lights work is when my high bbeams are on?  When I turn the car on and the low beams are on the rear lights dont turn on as well?  Why is that.
