Repairing driver side HEATED SEAT?? It's not the fuse

Suggestions on repairing HEATED DRIVER SEAT?? It's not the fuse :(

You can buy universal seat heating kits and heating elements on eBay. To install, lift the fabric, lay down element, hook up wires. There are two types of elements. One has a small wire similar to solder that heats up. You don't want that type. The wire breaks and your seat is cold. It can not be trimmed to fit your application. The second type is a carbon grid. You can trim it. You won't break it. That's what I bought.
