working on a 04 chevy optra doing a engine job and i can not get the axle shafts out of the transmission. i used big ply bars and they wont move. is there pins i have to take out?

Here's a video of a different transaxle where they use a clutch fork like a pickle fork. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_gRm-7btiLY -- I don't know of any pins on any axles, they usually pop out.
