If the TPS light is lit on the dash it means one of your tires is low on air. TPS stands for tire pressure monitoring system. EGR stands for exhaust gas recirculation. This is an emission control device which sends a small amount of exhaust gas back to the engine to be re-burned. If the EGR system malfunctions your check engine light will come on. HTH. - Jim
