what causes agrand national not to fire

A car needs fuel, spark, and air to run. As well as correct timing and compression. If your referring to fire as spark then the coil has to work, the distributor cap and rotor, as well as have good plugs and wires.
John answered 6 months ago
If all that is good the sensor inside the distributor has to tell the coil to create the spark.
