i have a 1987 raider, there is no power what so ever

bought it and jumped it off, drove it home and it ran really rough, wipers were coming on
by them selves and if i hit the brights it would almost cut off. so i get it home park it out
back take out old battery and get a new one,replace it and now there is no power when i
turn key over... nothing not a light or anything!!

fuse links.very likely. prolly slow blow wires. also locate every ground on.the.vehicle and clean them. clean all wiring connectii.s. look for shorts or bare wires. check injector harnesses if mpi. thats to keep it running and working right. you blew a fuse link. prolly right by the battery. should be a big white wire and a red wire. theres a box with a black red green and brown wires. make sure they arent burnt melted or corroded. find out whats shorting out or itll happen again. i bet its a w.6 liter g54b engine. very very finicky and the wiring is a nightmare. good luck.lol

That big 10 gauge ran along side the back wall of engine compartment,and was bolted to a metal flange.the negative went to ground.still cant locate it hmmmmm
