Lowering a 1964 Ford Fairlane 500

Asked by 64Fairlane500 Feb 10, 2011 at 04:56 PM about the 1964 Ford Fairlane

Question type: Car Customization

I want to lower my '64 Fairlane by 2 inches. I'm thinking about lowering blocks for the rear end. Should I worry about axle angles with 2" lowering blocks? Can you recommend a set of lowering blocks?

As for the front end, I want to drop 2" there too. What's the best method on the cheap? Cutting coils? Spring clamps? Replacement coil springs from another model?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
