Take VIN and proof of ownership to Ford dealer, they can give you this information.

under your dash board, where your foot pedals are at, stick your head in there. You should see a white box with five(5) numbers, those
make up the factory reset code. You can use that code or you can reprogram it, google has the instructions to reprogram.
