Has anyone been able to stop a high frequency vibration in the front left hand pillar. Sounds like a swarm of BEEs trapped within?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

This noise appears to come in at around 80KPH. Is worse on a windy day. It is very intermittent & may not happen for several days.  Have taken to dealer & have no result also no charge. This is driving us crazy.

the pillar itself may be bent out a bit ,not letting the rubber seal, seal good to the body.

check the integrety of the seal and whether or not the felt is making tru contact on the seal edge also if you have one get a laser level to check the piller itself if it isnt true then that will cause major problems later on also check that the sound proofing hasnt worked loose behind the plastic shroud that covers the piller
