1961 2-door sedan measurements required

Question type: General

Can someone with access to a 1961 2-door sedan please provide the following measurements?   
The width of the door A-B. The gap for the rear window B-C, The length of the visible section of the curved Beltline trim B-C & the rear Beltline trim C-D. The total length of the rear quarter panel B-D and the length of  the length of the section from the rear of the door to the front of the wheel-arch B-C.
