What does the yellow light "HOLD" on the dash board mean?

I change gear oil & the whole set of gear ( second hand). When i start the engine hold light disappear.After a little while it appears again. What must i do to make the hold light disappear?

Why do we get hold signs and cars do not take a walk fast enough to do what it takes and how can I remove

when the car is in walking with out signs and cars hold its throttle which is cause to remove the mark
