What is the small belt for?
Belt has broken, is that important?

It could run a bunch of diffrent things. A/C pump,P/S pump,Water pump,AIR pump,Altanator. Do you notice anything not working the way it should?

i would say it would either be power steering or ault belt, as water pump is run off the cambelt, and a volvo 360 with ac, sooo rare ;)
