Depending on vehicle condition, previous owner/s, a well cared for Integra is a solid vehicle. But with all cars pricing varies by location, dealership, private buyer etc. Acura tends to hold value fairly well so don't be surprised to pay a little extra compared to other cars in that class.

If the car has a manual transmission,i would say yes.But if it has high mileage and is automatic, I believe that I would pass.Google (Trans. Prob. Acura ) . You can read the info: straight off the web/for yourself.
