Will 2005 Acura TL MT suspension package work in a 2004 Acura TL MT?

My brother has a 2004 Acura TL MT and a friend of mine has a 2005 Acura TL MT that he upgraded with the A-spec suspension package. He is offering us his old suspension package. Will this work on the 2004 Acura TL MT? How about on my 2005 Acura TL AT with Nav?
