Where do you expect to get a '02 Fd? For an '02 Fd, expect over 50k+ because of shipping and to legalize it to even drive in the states. Hell, probably even more then that. Not even worth it. Just find a good condition one here, maybe with a rebuilt or reman motor in excellent condition for about 15-20k
