My power unlock buttons don't work but I'm not worried about that, on the passenger side of my truck the door doesn't lock at all, even from the outside with the key, what could be the problem?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Turns key on passenger side,  doesn't
lock at all

I believe there is an undervoltage condition going on here....either the battery is way older than five years old (still may start the vehicle okay) but an undervoltage condition to the accessories is, what I suspect is the problem here...test the actuator for the voltage present there...get a new battery...clean the MAIN ground connection with a coarse wirebrush~
