water noise, what is it ?

my 1991 gmc sierra 50,000 miles has no more heater absolutly no heat and is making a
roaring rapids water noise plz help

Check your coolant level. If it's low, there probably a leak, and this will cause air pockets to be pushed through the heater core (Water sound).
