Pros

Fun car to drive, the jeep wrangler can drive through anything, I am a nurse, and being on-call in the winter, I never had any problem with any of the weather conditions this year

Cons

Soft top is loud, and takes a while for the interior to warm up in the really cold days

Fun And Tough — I have driven this jeep, all through the winter, during storms and snow, and never even came close to being stuck or having any problems with all types of surfaces. I drove on the beach, and in the city this jeep handles it all without breaking a sweat.

Pros

Everything is awesome

Cons

Miles per gallon isn't that great

Amazing — I love everything about this car. I'm still in the process of building it, but it'll be about another 10 grand before I'm close to the finished look. In the mean time it'll be garaged while I save money driving my daily driver.

Beast! — Raise it up. Put bigger grippy tires on it. Add a wench and some awesome lights. Outfit it with the images you want. Smile when the guys on the trail single you out for the best looking and functional rig on the trail.

Pros

Great power, previous generations lacked.  6-speed nice, easy to shift. Amazing off-road stock. Great in snow. Factory Radio with Sub-woofer delivers excellent sound and bass.

Cons

Front seats suck, lower back hurts.
Back seat to high makes it hard to see out back.  I removed the head rests for better visibility.
Hard top too heavy to take on and off easily with one person (but still possible).
Gas Mileage still bad, Jeep needs to have a turbo Diesel option available.
Locking Hood latches should be standard from factory.
interior Lighting sucks especially in the back cargo area.
Bad side impact crash rating, my wife didn't like that.
Engine lifter noise (soft chatter) when cold. I alleviated the problem by switching to Mobile1 Synthetic after the break-in period.

Great For Off-road But Not For Daily Driver. — The ultimate stock off-road machine. The wrangler has come along ways but still needs some things: better safety, better mpg, and better interior comfort. The Rubicon package is way over priced when you can get the same stuff aftermarket for 1/3 the cost.

Awesome Ride ! — What more can I say its a jeep. I love everything about it. I take my jeep on long trips to short trips and the ride and comfort is great and cargo area is more than enough for me and my family.

Pros

Resale value is unbelievable.  You can almost haul like a truck.  It is indestructible.  Fun family car for the 4 door version.

Cons

Gas Mileage could/should be better.

A Dream For A Deer Hunter Or Person With A Small Boat. Will Get You Anywhere Reliably — I will say that the gas mileage could be better. However that aside this is a wonderful vehicle. Two years after I bought the jeep as a demonstrator new for 35,000 it is worth almost what I paid for it.. I have had 2 jeep Rubicons and I am shocked at the trade in value for these cars years after you buy them. They seem to last forever. Their only enemy is rust and the modifications some owners do with them. The ride in the four door model is almost as good as a normal auto. I don't like the 2 door models that have a much more rough ride. In the 2 door model kids are forced to climb over you to get to the back seat. It is a dream to park, you are in control and it handles fairly well. I get a lot of compliments on it and the Rubicon option make this a real hill climbing machine if you are into that. It is exceptionally safe to drive and it doesn't turn over unless you attempt to do things with it no sane person would ever do. You can haul like a truck especially with a cheap 4x8 trailer it replaces my truck. You can transport the family, you can have fun in this, there is nothing not to like, you never regret the decision you made when you buy it. All I can say negative is purchase the 4 door model. The gas mileage is not bad or horrible it just isn't a 4 cylinder that gets 40 mpg. . .

Pros

This vehicle is all about community.  Wrangler drivers are like motorcyclist and look out for each other.  Crush Orange with black top makes this vehicle the easiest to find in any parking lot, even the Jeep dealer!  Classic go anywhere Wrangler ability with room for three kids in the back.

Cons

It is a Wrangler! lots of road and wind noise, and the handling of a brick at highway speeds.  Off-road ability limits on-road civility.

Confidence Insipirng — This has been a wish vehicle for my wife for years now. The new V6 engine finally makes enough HP to be competent on the interstate without having to do any modifications. It is great knowing that straight from the dealer you can go almost anywhere that you want to. I want my family in the safest vehicle possible, and the Wrangler Unlimiteds bad weather ability ads to that safety.

Pros

No better vehicle in bad weather. In the worst winter in decades in 2013-14, I used 4WLow just once, when rescuing a Ford F250.

Cons

Gas mileage is always an issue but it's a Jeep.

A Beast — I love my Jeep! It's something only Jeep owners truly understand. It's a fraternity of those who strive for individuality. If I were to sum up what it's like to drive one off road it would be fun, excitement, confidence, and exhilaration.

Great Toy — Modified by Rocky Ridge Trucks with 35" mud tires, 3.5" lift, wench, off road lights, steel bumpers, etc.... Added replacement head lights by Daniel Stern Lighting, as OEM lights are very poor. Great fun with aggressive look. Goes anywhere off-road! Hard top easy to remove as are the 2 sunroof removable top pieces. My 6th jeep; '75 CJ Super, 3 other wrangles over the years (4 cy, 6cy, Sahara) & a Rubicon Unlimited. May try the new Rubicon X Unlimited next .

Man Bear Suburban Beast — Overall a very satisfying vehicle to own and drive. You can't beat a Jeep with the top off in the summer, but now you can also be very comfortable in one! The leather interior and great technology (Bluetooth/uconnect) as well as beautiful audio and very quiet and soothing with the top on. The 3.6L Pentastar V6 with 285HP is awesome! Very quiet with a nice torque improvement!
