2012 Toyota Camry SE V6 Trim Overview

The Toyota Camry SE V6 comes equipped with plenty of power under the hood, as well as a complete redesign and a sportier look for 2012. A 3.5-liter DOHC V6 powerplant with variable valve timing drives the SE V6. The engine delivers 268 hp and a respectable 248 lb-ft of torque. It links to a 6-speed automatic transmission with overdrive. An "S" driving mode retunes the transmission to deliver faster shift times for a sportier driving experience.

The Camry SE V6 comes equipped with a number of distinctive exterior features, including a sport mesh grille, integrated front and rear underbody spoilers, sport side rocker panels, a color-keyed rear spoiler and dual chrome exhaust tips. Other exterior highlights include projector-beam halogen headlights with black sport trim bezels and integrated foglights. Owners can add an optional power tilt/slide moonroof. The SE V6 rides on 18-inch alloy wheels, with an upgraded suspension and chassis for 2012.

Inside, the Camry SE V6 features a more spacious cabin, as well as a number of upscale standard features, such as a navigation system and Entune, Toyota's new multimedia system, which supports mobile apps and provides access to live weather and traffic reports, as well as sports and stock information. Power windows and door locks, remote keyless entry, air conditioning with an air filter and a 60/40-split rear seat also come standard on the SE V6, as does the Toyota Star Safety System, which includes enhanced stability control, traction control, antilock brakes, electronic brakeforce distribution, brake assist and Smart Stop Technology. In addition, the SE V6 comes equipped with 10 standard airbags.
