Just A Great Vehicle — Performance is good, and that includes HP. Brakes Torque. Interior is very compfortable and I have been on 12 hour trips and did not get tired sitting in seat, and ride is very comfortable. Gas mileage was pretty good at an average of 24 mpg on a 800 mile ride.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Love It! Best Ride, Style, Safety, Performance, Options, And Value. — I was first attracted to the Grand Cherokee because it has similar styling to the BMW X5, especially from the rear. After learning about all of the standard features on the Overland model I had to see it. My mother was ready to trade in her 2007 BMW X5 and is very picky about what she drives. She was overwhelmed with everything the Jeep had to offer, and couldn't get over how improved the ride with QuadraLift (air suspension) was. She bought her Grand Cherokee Overland 4x4 one month to the day before I bought mine. We are now a Jeep family again.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

For what you get the price of the GC is very good.  You can get it totally loaded up like with most vehicles and that will increase the cost substantially.  I you just need a 4x4 that is nicely equipped the Grand Cherokee is quite reasonable.

Cons

The stock radio is horrible.  I replaced it with an aftermarket within a few months.  Not so much the sound but the features and operation are bad.

New Jeeps Are Fantastic — Price Looks Style Features Ride Handling 4x4 All of the above make this vehicle a real winer. This is my first Jeep and I am loving it. I would buy another if I needed an SUV and 4x4 all in one.

Amazing Value — Feels like a luxury car but is strong enough to go anywhere in comfort. Best car i have owned bar none. why spend thousands more and have something with much less character like toyota and so far no issues at all
