Pros

Great winter driving vehicle, very positive control driving in snow.
Love the handling of this 1/2 ton truck. Really more of a front wheel drive car that doubles as a small truck.
We live up North and it has been the best winter driving vehicle I have ever owned.
The styling is sharp, very common to get noticed by other drivers. I feel safe knowing my family is in a good handling, very capable safe vehicle.
Great storage and utility, well engineered.

Cons

The engine is limited on power.
Fuel mileage is ok, about 20 in the best conditions.
Leather heated seats does not include the passenger lumbar (odd).
Light are manually operated. Last time I had to turn on the lights was in my 72 Vega.
Back seats are squared off, difficult for kids to be comfortable on long trips.

Great Family Truckster. — Overall we love having the Ridgeline, it's safe and fairly efficient for a big vehicle. Love the V6 front wheel drive but a larger engine would still deliver this average mpg. Its been 8 years since a model update, the new GM trucks are kickin some butt here.

The Perfect Pickup For The Suburban Man — I am not a pickup guy, but really convinced myself I needed one for a house remodel. An SUV wouldn't due because I needed the large open back only a pickup could provide. In the end I chose the Honda Ridgeline as the only reasonable choice. The towing power was excellent, the cabin is essentially a Pilot in size. The back seats were "real" and huge amounts of room for everyone no matter where you sat! To top it off the bed is made of panels that never rust and there is a trunk in the bed that is water tight and is large enough for a person to fit inside! The tailgate can open out or pull down like a traditional pickup. Opening it out gets you closer to the items in the bed without having to stretch or lean. It quite literally is the ideal pickup for a suburban family doing projects or going to the lake. I really do not have any reason not to recommend it for it's purpose.
