I Hate My Honda Civic — I am a first time Honda owner and I hate it. I read reviews that the Honda Civic was such a wonderful car, boy were they wrong. My friends have Honda Civics and they LOVE THEM! I am coming from being a Nissan and Hyundai owner and boy do I feel my Honda Civic is a let down. The car hits every bump and feels like you are being tossed around the whole car. The power is horrible, I have had plenty of other four cylinder cars and the Honda is the worst. I do not feel like I am driving a 2012!!!! My 1998 Hyundai Accent had much more power!! I do love the color (dyno blue) and exterior of my car. The front end of my car feels like its going to collapse at any moment. The interior of the car looks semi cheap as well. I can not wait to turn in my car! I have been to the dealership 3x for the front end alone, they claim the car is low to the ground and I should avoid potholes and bumps! So in Long Island, NY were we have horrible roads, you cannot hit any bumps and potholes! So now were am I suppose to drive?LOL The car is GREAT on gas, but I would not purchase it again. If you are okay with no power, a cheap interior and a rough ride then go for this car!!! Primary Use: Commuting to work |

The Car For Me — I am a single mom with a 8 year old, and this car works for us. I love th red and so does Ariel, my daughter. The back seat accomdates her to fit, when shes older probably switch to a bigger car perhaps accord? Primary Use: Family transportation |

Good Commuter Car — The car has plenty of power and a nice instrument cluster, but the stereo/CD player is sub-standard, along with hard, uncomfortable seats.I would only recommend this car to those that want a fuel-saving, reliable commuter car. For those that are looking for a quiet and comfortable ride...seek another vehicle. Primary Use: Commuting to work |
