2012 Buick LaCrosse Touring Trim Overview

As the top-of-the-line LaCrosse available for 2012, the Buick LaCrosse Touring sedan comes well-equipped with such upscale standard features as perforated leather upholstery, heated and ventilated front seats, push-button start and a navigation system with an 80GB hard drive. The LaCrosse Touring also receives an 11-speaker Harman Kardon Surround Sound audio system with SiriusXM satellite radio and a USB port, and a new voice-activated IntelliLink system, which enables passengers to link their portable electronic devices into the vehicle's infotainment system via Bluetooth or USB. The navigation, audio and IntelliLink systems are all accessed through an 8-inch touchscreen display. Other standard features include 8-way power-adjustable front seats, a new color driver information center, an auto-dimming rearview mirror and a leather-wrapped steering wheel with audio and cruise controls. In addition, Buick includes a Driver Confidence Package with a heads-up display and blind spot alert system.

Outside, the LaCrosse Touring displays such exterior features as HID headlights, foglights, heated power side mirrors with LED turn signals, daytime running lights and 19-inch machined alloy wheels. Power comes from an updated 3.6-liter V6 engine, which generates 303 hp and 264 lb-ft of torque. It links to a 6-speed automatic transmission and posts fuel economy numbers of 17/27 mpg. Standard safety features include 6 airbags, the StabiliTrak electronic stability control system, traction control and antilock brakes with brake assist and electronic brakeforce distribution. In addition, the standard OnStar system offers such safety features as emergency services, crisis assist, remote door unlock and vehicle diagnostics.
