Overview of 2011 Nissan Murano SV By Michael Perkins
In the 2011 Nissan Murano SV, the upholstery remains cloth, but front bucket seats gain 8- and 4-way power for the driver and passenger. The tilt and telescoping steering wheel gets leather, however, along with controls for the 6-CD changer and MP3 player. The stereo also gets a USB port, digital-media-player connection, Bluetooth and satellite radio. A rear-view camera, foglights and automatic headlights improve visibility to the front and rear, and roof rails provide some extra utility in the way of cargo capability. The power package includes windows, doors and mirrors as well as the addition of a power sunroof here. Remote keyless entry, access and start mean you’ll never have to take them out of your pocket. 18-inch alloy wheels hide 4-wheel antilock discs that are aided by brake assist, and traction and stability control are standard across the lineup. All Murano trims are powered by a 3.5-liter V6 engine paired with a continuously variable transmission. Further safety features include six standard airbags and front-seat active head restraints.
This overview covers the SV trim only.
