Air conditioning, cruise control, and a satellite-ready CD/MP3 player are all standard. The Sport trim of the 2011 Ford Ranger is available only in the SuperCab configuration, which adds rear jump seats, and can be powered only by the 4.0-liter V6 engine. You still have a choice of five-speed transmission here, with standard traction and stability control. The front bench is finally ditched in favor of front bucket seats, and carpets go away for black vinyl floors – easier to clean. You’ll get side steps to help you overcome the raised suspension, and the 15-inch alloys hide four-wheel antilock disc brakes. Power features show up here, including windows, doors, and mirrors, as well as remote keyless entry. There’s air conditioning and cruise control and a CD/MP3 player with satellite radio and digital media connection. You’ll also get a Class III trailer hitch and foglights. Safety features are finished with dual front and front-side airbags and a tire pressure monitor.

The most aggressive trim of the 2011 Ford Ranger, the Sport SuperCab 4-Door 4WD offers a 4.0-liter engine, a two-speed transfer case, front tow hooks, and skid plates. There’s also a raised sport suspension and side steps to help you access the second-row jump seats via the rear-hinged suicide doors. Alloy wheels are upgraded to 16 inches here. It has a Class III trailer hitch and foglights as well. Inside, you'll find cloth front bucket seats, a leather-wrapped tilt steering wheel, and a satellite-ready CD and MP3 player. Power windows, doors, and locks are all included, as well as remote keyless entry. There are no carpets, Ford opting for black vinyl instead.
